The inaugural 2013 Media Rise Festival is a week-long series of events in Washington, D.C. that celebrates how storytelling, design, art and media can contribute to a peaceful, just, and sustainable world. Through collaboration with relevant partners, Media Rise has a vision of accelerating social change through meaningful media creation and consumption.
