Debbie: It was a fantastic course. I feel more calm, peaceful
and ready to deal with what life has for me. I feel my depression lifting and I
have a new way of looking at things. I had a lot of pain in my hips & pelvis,
which is gone.
Claire: It was great. I had a good experience and feel
good physically, mentally & emotionally. I t has helped me a lot and I would
do it again. It is something everyone should try. And I thank Simin for giving me
the opportunity to do it. Thank you.
Rebecca: I am more positive and accepting towards others.
I am feeling happier & healthier inside. I am also sleeping better. My asthma

Krystale: This course was a very beneficial experience.
Having some problems with my hip joints and have begun to feel less pain. Emotionally
as well as physical pain have disappeared and helped me to return back to happy,
joyful, and be full of life. I am smoking less cigarettes and not relying on iron
tablets to re-energize myself.
Karina: The course is life changing and has done many
wonders for me in such a short time. I realize that I do not complain anymore. People
who have terrible vicious tongues for backstabbing and gossiping no longer upset
me or play on my mind. My mind is calm and clear. No longer smoking and look forward
to future changes to come. I would recommend this to many of my friends. I have
felt improvements in my health, less pain, deeper sleep & more energy.
Michelle: This course has changed my life. I see things
in different way now. It has opened my eyes, my heart, my mind, and my soul to the
blessing of Pranayama. Good bye pollutants, good bye stress, hello bliss. I am so
looking forward with joy. My allergies have dramatically decreased, the circulation
in my hands has improved, my asthma isn’t half as bad and this is only after
5 days.

Daniel: It has helped me release stress. I find inner
peace. Something new. Relaxing. Glad to have attended allof the course. Hope other
inmates get a chance to do the course.
Conrad: I have learned something new about myself. If
you open your mind, you can really get yourself open up to meditation, breathing
exercises, and yoga is good for the body and this course has helped me to cut down
my smoke intake, from about 15-18 smokes a day to about 10 smokes a day. And we
have all learned to accept people for who they are and not to judge other people.
Just enjoy life.

Siona: What I have achieved from the Art Of Living Course
is a better understanding to having a healthier life style. Before taking up this
course I had chest problems, now I have overcome this problem by practicing the
breathing techniques that I have learnt over the last several sessions. I would
like to teach some members of my family these breathing techniques to help them
with breathing difficulties. It will be good if this course was a bit longer. I
really appreciate you for taking the time to teach us all, I also believe this course
is good for everyone to do to enhance their ability to breathe which is essential
part to living a healthy life. Thank You.
